Room Move Reasons for Room Upgrades

Stay allows users to select a room move reason for room upgrades in the Guest Self Service Setup screen. Based on the reason selected, an indicator is displayed for these reservations in Stay, when a room upgrade is performed from Guest Self Service.

Users can select the reason from the Room Move Reason drop-down list that is present in the Upgrades & Upsells tab of the Guest Self Service Setup screen below the Section Header field. This is a mandatory single select drop-down list that displays all the active tenant level and property level room move reasons available at the property.
